O´Reilly in the KHL? No way

Avangard Omsk of the KHL has seriously interest in Claude Giroux (Flyers), Martin Hanzal (Coyotes) and Ryan O´Reilly, say reports in the Russian media. The trio is reportedly in the contact with the management of the team and negotiating. Jaromir Jagr played for the Omsk before his return to the NHL.
Eurolanche has received very important update on this story from O´Reilly´s agent via Adrian Dater only minutes after it was published. The reports from the Russian media are not true. O´Reilly is not going anywhere.
The lone Canadian player who has signed contract in the KHL yet is Evander Kane (Dinamo Minsk). Avangard Omsk is situated in the Eastern Conference and is currently on the 5th place of 12. The current roster includes former NHL player Alexander Frolov. Recently, former Avalanche defenseman Martin Skoula has left team after 9 games a signed new contract with Lev Praha.
Let´s imagine if this report would be true: If O´Reilly signed the contract in the KHL, he
could stay there for the entire season as he has no contract in the NHL. It
will does not matter if lockout ends or not. He is still RFA. However, O´Reilly will not play anywehere, as Dater reported.
Where will play other Avalanche player during the lockout?
