Eurolanche’s 10th anniversary (21.)

There are dozens of the Eurolanche’s mentions in the media after its 10 years of existence. Maybe even more than 100. The media round the globe do not publish only stories about our work or events - they also use us as news sources. When the Eurolanche made it to the media for the first time in 2008, it was a source-mention. It was summer 2008, when our new domain and upgraded and the first professional website were only few weeks old. We planned our first group activity - a meeting with Peter Budaj. Everything went according our plan. Budaj has become our Godfather, he promised us a help with the game tickets, so the Eurolanche Invasion I could be organized little later. Few types of the interview were made at this meeting for our websites and websites of our partners. One of them was for the ProHockey magazine which is the biggest magazine about NHL in Europe. I had a deal with them to ask Budaj on his teammates - to describe them in one sentence. This interview was then published in all three language-versions of the magazine in Czech Republic/Slovakia, Sweden and Finland. There was my name as author’s and a little mention of the Eurolanche. Since then, ProHockey published other Eurolanche’s stories, but it was in 2008 when they printed my name as author’s for the first and the last time.
