Help Ukraine, help Avs fans

Help Ukraine, help Avs fansEurolanche would like to draw attention to various ways of helping Ukraine.

The entire world was left shocked when the Russian Federation launched an attack on Ukraine ordered by Putin. This conflict directly influences several European countries, as thousands of refugees began to cross their borders. The situation is dire.

Upon reviewing our records, we know that no Ukrainian Colorado Avalanche fans are registered Eurolanche members. However, this doesn’t mean that there are no Ukrainian Avalanche fans. This is proven by the fact that, following Eurolanche’s initial post on this matter, the Fan Club was contacted by the a Ukrainian Avs fan.

After a subsequent discussion, we were asked to publish links to official crisis-relief and humanitarian funds to aid war-stricken Ukraine:

The fan, who asked not to be named, said that he needed no other help at this time.

Eurolanche calls on all Avalanche fans from Ukraine to contact the Fan Club via e-mail at eurolanche@eurolanche.com and note what kind of help they need.

In the meantime, Eurolanche will donate to said fans and encourages other Avs fans to join the effort as well. It’s also worth mentioning that Colorado head coach Jared Bednar’s ancestors hail from Ukraine. No Ukrainian player has played for the team as of now.

Should anyone like to help Ukraine in any way, such as providing items or sending money to buy specific items, please contact us via our e-mail address and we will arrange everything
