Eurolanche League: The final standings!

Eurolanche League is one of the most popular projects of the Eurolanche fanclub. Eurolanche members are betting/predicting the final results of the Avalanche games – the winning team, the final result and the name of the game winning goal scorer. This is the second season of this project.

As we expected in the previous analysis, Dusan Ondrejka has become the most successful member in the Eurolanche League. He gained 145 points. Also Peter Helik did not give a chance to his opponents and finished on the second place.

There was major change on the last winning place after the game 82. Milan Petrik was on the third place before the last game of the season. He predicted Avalanche´s win. Jakub Klos on the fourth placer chose Nashville as the favorite. Preds beat Avs 6:1. Jakub moved on the third place. They have both 125 points. Jakub finished on the third place because he sent lower number of predictions than Milan. Jakub needed fewer games to gain his current points.

First three members will get following souvenirs from the Eurolanche. We decided to give also small surprise to Milan Petrik.

Member could get totally 11 points for one game – he has to successfully predict the winning team of the game (2 points), the game winning goal scorer (4 points) and the exact result of the game (5 points). Only three members have predicted all three parts of predictions for one game and get 11 points: Juraj Janotak – 11th game, Michal Urda –29th game and Rudolf Sery – 39th game. The Eurolanche League will be back for the next season.
