Lake Erie Monsters recalled Markus Lauridsen from Denver Cutthroats.
Denver Cutthroats Press Release:
The 21-year-old Lauridsen is set to report to Lake Erie immediately. The 6-foot-1, 200-pound defenseman has appeared in six games for the Cutthroats this season recording six points on two goals and four assists. The Hellerup, Denmark native began the year in training camp with the Monsters before being assigned to the Cutthroats.
The Cutthroats begin a three-game road trip this week starting with a Wednesday contest against the Arizona Sundogs at 6:05 PM MST.
The Lake Erie Monsters visit the Houston Aeros on Friday.
Eurolanche Update:
Tyson Barrie left the saturday´s game against Rockford after boarding accident. This recalling suggests that Barrie is injured (we hope it is not a concussion) and Lauridsen is the substitute. We are waiting for next update.
