Chouinard, Lauridsen Called Up to AHL

The
Denver Cutthroats announced today defensemen Joel Chouinard and Markus
Lauridsen have each been called up to their American Hockey League
affiliate, the Lake Erie Monsters.
Chouinard
(shwee-NARD) becomes the seventh different player from the Cutthroats roster to
be called up to the AHL this season.
Lauridsen (LORE-ihd-sehn) is returning to the Monsters after being
called up earlier this season from November 5-16.
The
22-year-old Chouinard appeared in 30 games this season for the Cutthroats
registering 11 points with three goals.
Lauridsen,
21, recorded six goals and nine assists for the Fish in 30 games played this
season. The Gentofte, Denmark native has
appeared in a pair of games this season for Lake Erie with a plus-1 rating.
The
Cutthroats have added forward Brandon
Vossberg to their roster for their upcoming trip to Arizona, where they
will play a pair of games against the Sundogs on Friday and Saturday at 7:05 PM
MST both nights. Vossberg was a
four-year player at the University of Denver from 2006-10.
