Avalanche Reduces Roster
The Avalanche’s roster now stands at 23 players.The
Colorado Avalanche Hockey Club announced today that the team has reassigned
defenseman Stefan Elliott and forward Michael Sgarbossa to the Lake Erie
Monsters of the American Hockey League. In addition, the club has placed forward David Van Der Gulik on waivers
effective Thursday (Jan. 17).
