Duchene has apologized to fans

Duchene has apologized to fans Matt Duchene has apologized to all fans who visited the preseason game against Los Angeles Kings in the Pepsi Center.

Colorado Avalanche played very, very, very bad at home against the Kings. They lost 0:6 and did not score in six power-plays. Semyon Varlamov got four goals from 14 shots in the second period. We did not use the “B” team, in spite of some key players were missed. But this is a not reason for forgiveness. And also, do not say me the phrase “preseason is preseason”. Duchene knows all this stuff and posted these two tweets on his Twitter:

Sorry to all the fans that paid their hard earned money tonight to watch that terrible performance of ours. We WILL be better

This Avs team is not the same one from last year so don't get used to seeing games like that. We're not gonna disappoint you guys again

Hope he is right.
