David´s column on the last game

David´s column on the last gameA brief recap and a criticism of the Colorado Avalanche game against Anaheim Ducks.

Hahaha, European fans, I did not wake up for the game in the late night, but I watched it on demand in the sweet morning of our time zone. What a great decision to enjoy my sleeping, is not? It is a paradox that the Avs would play most games without scoring a goal in the shortened season. Yes, I believe, they will not score a goal in at least 24 games, what is one half of the regular season. Ducks were not playing good hockey. They had even less shots than the other pathetic team. But they know how to score goals, Avs do not. Have you noticed 3 on goalie and 3on1 situations? Jones has returned after injury and did not help much except few good takeaways. I am very disappointed by the local fans in the stands. No booing, no early departures, simply nothing. Here in Europe the team could not allow to play in this way. No way. And if yes, the management would fire whole coaching staff. But this is not going happen in Colorado. I have a little worry about the future of NHL hockey in Denver.
