goal for the Avalanche, with assists going to Daniel
Winnik and Ryan Wilson.
David Backes and T.J. Oshie scored consecutive goals in
the third period, giving the Blues their fifth win in seven preseason
contests. Andy McDonald
finished the night with two assists.
Avalanche goaltender Jean-Sebastien Giguere, in his second start of the preseason,
turned aside 29-of-32 shots.
