Eurolanche introduces new website
The first European fanclub of the Colorado Avalanche has launched the new website.Eurolanche fanclub
enters to the fifth season in the history with the completely new face. The
staff had decided to change the website of the fanclub for the third time over
the last four years. And the reason? Unsuccessful seasons both of the Colorado
Avalanche and Eurolanche. As the director of the fanclub, David Puchovsky,
wrote in the season summary, Eurolanche´s old website had not fulfilled the
expectations and members did not show interest in the many ways of the
interactivity. At the other hand, Avalanche had the worst season in the history
with very bad results. What about a re-start? Wind of change? The new website
should start the new era. New era! is the motto of the new website and also of the whole
fanclub Eurolanche. The fanclub has
been transformed from the fanclub-news source to the news source primarily.
Eurolanche would like to become No. 1 news source for the Colorado Avalanche
stuff. The fanclub idea
continues, but in the smaller part like it was in the past. The staff will
still organize meetings with members, players and trips to Denver. One of the biggest change is the alone kind of the
membership which is free of charge for everyone. What´s offer new
website? You can find the main menu at the top of the homepage. There are:
classic button HOME for return on the homepage, faster CHAT for everyone, TEAM section shows the
latest line-up updated after the end of every game, STATISTICS includes all important stats from the Avalanche
history and the registration form in the JOIN US. There are two smaller additional menu buttons at the very bottom of the
homepage. PHOTOS represents the top moments from our history, meetings
or trips and PARTNERS shows co-operated websites. The homepage
contains four main parts: MENU, Breaking News, Live Score and the four boxes. English box shows the latest
added article, news, feature, analysis or press release in the most frequent
language. International box will represent articles in the other world languages
as for example German, French, Polish, Finnish etc. Eurolanche fanclub is the
most popular in the Slovakia and the Czech Republic, so the staff has decided
to give the third box to languages from these two countries. The fourth box is dedicated to
Eurolanche. You can find there the latest info about us, generally information
about our history, list of editors and members, Eurolanche League and the link
to the Eurolanche Invasion website. The special part
of the Eurolanche news is the website wwww.m.eurolanche.com for the mobile
phones. Line-up, breaking news and the latest articles are available there.
Live score will be added from the next season.
