David´s column on the last game

David´s column on the last gameA brief recap and a criticism of the Colorado Avalanche game against St. Louis Blues.

Many Blues´ powerplays, many penalties and a little remind of how NHL referees are bad this year. It was another „solid“ game for the Avs. Solid like solid… It used to be worse last weeks. This kind of losses with a honor are only way that can satisfies us now. They had minimum goal scoring chances and obviously did not care last night. Just relax, skating up and down. I do not understand why they could not play this way in the previous game when the owner´s son was in Pepsi Center? I positively rank McLeod for his whole season and effort. But I would like to see other players at his current position. Landeskog and O´Reilly, what´s up with you? Very bad season for both of them. Vincour made his debut, had a little ice time, so I cannot rank him. Last night, it was typically relaxed game and nobody cared. Players looked very tired or they were thinking about upcoming holidays. I guess the second option is true. For all of us.
