NHL Draft Lottery on Monday, April 29

As this season comes to an end, all teams that have not qualified for Play-Offs will focus mainly on 2013 Entry Draft which will be held Sunday, June 30^th. This time all seven rounds will be conducted at the same day, for the first time since 2006.

Before all that however, teams must be assigned with draft pick numbers which will be done on Monday, April 29^th. For the first time ever, all 14 teams have a chance to clinch the first spot for picking new talents. Of course the highest chance still lays with the last team in NHL. Based on mathematic assumption, team that ended up on 30^th place in NHL regular season have 25% chance to win number 1 pick in this year´s entry draft. But as we all know, it is still a lottery, big time lottery. Fingers crossed for Avs being the first team to pick!
