The Game

It was hard game. We got into trouble and had to make big pressure, but fortunately won it after little drama. The game showed old-famous negatives of our play – the offense. Players shot the puck from every angle, but this does not mean every shot was hard and danger. The effectiveness is probably last point to improve. Varlamov got weak goal, he is just human being too. Teammates should help him in those moments. They did it in the final minute. He thanked him for that in shootouts. The defense played great and eliminated next power plays. Players did significant move at the blue line which could be seen from game to a game. I have doubts about the offensive part. They could not play on few goals. Duchene is great, but looses puck. Stastny is faster, so what? Landeskog scored, BUT where are his abilities? Toughness? Mueller is average. We have to get up soon. We could not win every game with one-two goals at the scoreboard. Or Sacco will go…
