Avalanche reduces roster to 24
Colorado reassigns three players, places Wilson on IR.The Colorado Avalanche Hockey Club announced today that the team has reduced its 2013-14 roster to 24 players (23 active).
The following three players have been reassigned to the American Hockey League training camp:

In addition, the Avalanche has placed defenseman Ryan Wilson on Injured Reserve (retroactive to Sept. 15).
The Avalanche opens the 2013-14 campaign this Wednesday (Oct. 2) against the Anaheim Ducks at Pepsi Center (7:30 p.m.).
