It will be record-breaking appearance for David in Denver, as he will come back to the best NHL town in the USA for the fifth time. Norbert will travel to Denver for the fourth time in his career in Eurolanche. Rudolf debuted at the Eurolanche Invasion in March 2013 during Invasion V, so this will be his second participation. For the rest of a group, Pavol, Ondrej, and Ales, it will be their rookie event in Denver. We will introduce all members of Eurolanche Invasion VI in special stories before the start of the trip.
Schedule
The group will spend fewer days in Denver than in the past, but the schedule will be the busiest in Invasion history. The Colorado Avalanche will play seven straight home games in only two weeks. They will face the Winnipeg Jets, Columbus Blue Jackets, Philadelphia Flyers, San Jose Sharks, Calgary Flames, Ottawa Senators and New York Islanders. There has never been a busier game schedule before – every second day is a game day. For the first time, the Avalanche will play seven home games during the Invasion; that is a record number of straight home games. Moreover, the final number of games will tie the previous Invasion record when the members also visited seven Avs games, but one of them was played at away ice in Minnesota.
Members of Invasion V met with Joe Sakic in March 2013.
All members of the Eurolanche Invasion VI will get post-game passes from the Avalanche organization for meetings with all players. Also, the team will support members with complimentary tickets for the games. Members will be granted with a discount in the team store, watching a game from the VIP lounge, tour of Pepsi Center, visit to Avs practice, meeting with opponent´s players and more. The schedule will include other sports events like NBA or lacrosse, because there is every day action in Pepsi Cener during Invasion. Also in the program is a tour of Denver and trips around the State of Colorado, for example.
