Eurolanche Invasion VI – Final day

End of the coverage - Most of the Eurolanche crew spent the following - last days of the Invasion VI in their beds due sickness. The schedule included mainly the final game of the trip against New York Islanders. You can read more about the sudden end of the Invasion VI coverage in this story.
Day 12 - only three members visited game against Ottawa, the other three stayed in bed with sickness.
Day 11 – Trip to Cheyenne in Wyoming.
Day 10 – After almost 5 years, the Invasion crew had a great chance to visit the Avalanche gameday practice that was unbelievable experience. Then we did a whiskey tour, visited the Avalanche game and met with our colleague from Mile High Hockey website.
Day 9 - Sunday was the first day of Invasion when we did nothing, just relaxing that was also caused by the winter storms that are currently in the USA. Last five days are ahead of us and we will try to do more activities and trips.
Day 8 – Third straight Avalanche win of this Eurolanche Invasion, members´ appearance on Altitude TV, meetings with almost all Avs players and the last Colorado Mammoth game in the evening.
Day 7 – Our first Avalanche practice in the Family Sports Center with a good presentation of the Eurolanche Fan Club and unforgettable meeting with the former Avs fighter Scott Parker.
Day 6 – We did a tour at Denver Broncos stadium and then had a great lunch at one English restaurant. Later in the evening we watched the second Avs win during our Invasion – we were in the private suite!
Day 5 – After New Year´s long rest and sleeping we visited Red Rocks amphitheater and the bad weather canceled our next program as there was heavy snowing. It was for the second time during our trip and that happened for the first time in the Invasion history. Until now, there was snowing not more than only one day each Invasion.
Day 4 – Visit of Denver city center, the second Avalanche game with another post-game meetings with all players including Avs alumni Dan Hinote and the New Year celebration in the evening.
Day 3 - We spent hundreds of dollas in the official store in Pepsi Center. Later we had a great chance to see the arena from inside thanks to the tour. We visited NBA game between Denver Nuggets and Miami Heat in the evening and cannot wait on Tuesday's Avalanche gameday.
Day 2 – First shopping at the famous 16th Street Mall, watching the NFL game in Old Chicago and finally the first Avalanche game against Winnipeg with the post-game meetings with players after its end.
Day 1 – After almost two days of traveling and one short stay at Paris hotel we finally landed in Denver, where we joined the first dinner near Pepsi Center and visited the lacrosse game.
