Nice game. Great game. But there is still one more but. The Avs could not score. There were many nice hockey chances, actions and combinations, BUT only two goals. It was like the classic Avalanche style from the last weeks. Hundreds of shots, zero goals. Players made Halak a star. If his teammates would score the third one, it would be another Sacco´s hopeless game. Varlamov played great in the second game in a row. We won mainly thanks to him. O´Reilly is proving he is the leader. He does not have to get goals and points in every game. He can play good on the PK and as we saw he is the Mr. Clutch. I have worries about Duchene. Is he in the crisis? Is Sacco not able to find him right partner? Where is the problem? Colorado has to still improve the effectiveness. Nothing more is expected from this team. Detroit would be great exam. It is time to learn how to score again. Not all teams is New Jersey Devils.
