Do you wanna go to Denver with us?

Just few hours ago the fourth trip of the Eurolanche called Eurolanche Invasion IV finished. We went there over years 2008 and 2008 for the first time; the second group enjoyed their trip only few weeks later in 2009. The third trip came in 2010. Overall, ten different members from Slovakia, Czech Republic, Austria and Romania were at four Invasion trips and saw 21 Colorado Avalanche games in the Pepsi Center.

Every member of the Eurolanche can participate in the Eurolanche Invasion. It is very hard process of organization, so I prepared this information article about it.

When will be next Invasion?

It is hard to say. Everything depends on the free time and also finances. It looks like for the years 2013 and 2014 at the present.

When will you have to sign in?

The organization starts months before the whole trip. Every member would get information e-mail to his e-mail box. The personal meeting with all candidates is also a part of it – we would talk about possible dates and all deadlines. The main deadline of signing in is generally scheduled for the middle of summer.

What members get from the Eurolanche for free?

Eurolanche organizes complete schedule of the trip for all members. We find for you the cheapest and the most advantageous airticket and accommodation in Denver. Every member of the Invasion would meet all Avalanche players at least one time – the total amount of personal meetings depends on the total number of the members (more members, fewer meetings).

How is it with tickets on the Colorado Aalanche games?

Only members who have been active and helped the Eurolanche over the last two years can get tickets on games for free (writing articles, financial support, participation at meetings, organizational and other help). The number of tickets is strictly limited by the Colorado avalanche organization and is known few days before the trip start.

What if there would be few game tickets for active members? What should do non active members?

You can buy game tickets in front of the Pepsi Center for cheap prices or buy them officially in the arena, prices start at 20 USD. There are also other options. Eurolanche would help to everybody with buying tickets on games.

What is the next program of the Invasion?

The trip includes visits of practices, visits of practices in the Pepsi Center (depends on the Avs), meetings with players/team employees/journalists, trips in Denver and outside the city and more. There could be also trips into different states; everything depends on our communications, deals and decisions.

How much costs Invasion?

Prices of airtickets are still changing. It could be cheaper than 500 EUR, but also 700 EUR – from Vienna of Budapest. The accommodation in the USA is cheap and nice – it generally includes breakfast, free shuttle service and more benefits. It costs from 10 to 20 USD per person per night. The minimally amount on the food is 10 USD per person per day. Tickets´ prices starts at 20 USD.
