Avs announce preseason scheduleThe Colorado Avalanche Hockey Club announced today its preseason schedule for the upcoming 2016-17 campaign.

The Avalanche will play a total of six exhibition games, three at home, two on the road and one at a neutral site.  The Avs will play the Dallas Stars, Los Angeles Kings and Minnesota Wild twice each. Colorado opens the preseason slate at Minnesota on Sept. 27, followed by its first home game on Sept. 28 against Dallas. The Avs will wrap up the preseason schedule with the annual Frozen Fury matchup against the Kings on Saturday, Oct. 8, at the new T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. 

The on-sale date for preseason tickets will be announced at a later time.  Full Season and Partial Season Memberships are on sale now by calling the Avalanche Sales Office at 303.4AVS.NHL.
