So where and how should I start? Colorado won very, very, very important game. Maybe it still holds a chance for the playoffs thanks to this win. But there is one big but. This team can not afford to play with this style. Players wasted huge number of chances and dramatized whole game. They were playing with fire. It was really close to the ugly and bad end. The Avs had 44 shots. They were better in the every stat. Florida actually did not deserve a point, but only goals are key in all sports over the words. The Avs won it today, but what will be the next time? Giguere was great again. He is simply perfect and I could not remember on some weak performance by him this season. The defense showed many mistakes and is directing lower and lower. The offense had million chances and scored “only” four goals. Stastny was fantastic with Mueller, who showed amazing comeback. This is what we want from him! We need a sniper who can score every game.
