Eurolanche visited the Ericsson Globe

Eurolanche visited the Ericsson GlobeThe Eurolanche Fan Club visited the stadium where the Avalanche will play two games in November.

The Colorado Avalanche will play two games against the Ottawa Senators in November, in Stockholm, Sweden. The games wil mark the very first time the Avalanche will play a regular season game in Europe. However, they did visit Europe 16 years ago, when they held their training camp in Sweden and spent several days there.

Eurolanche members had an opportunity to sign up for this event and receive game tickets among the very first fans. A total of 52 members from 10 different countries and two continents will be part of the Eurolanche Raid 2017.

Eurolanche member Andrew Corliss, who hails from Colorado and currently lives in Sweden, took a couple of photos of the stadium exclusively for our website. You can view more photos in this photo album. He added both logos on the arena roof via a software.

Andrew described the arena: "Globen is a large indoor hockey and music venue in the city of Stockholm, built to represent the Sun in large scale model of the solar system traveling up the coast of Sweden. It's a large white dome that is visible throughout the city and miles outside."

With the publishing of this story, we begin a series of updates of the GlobalSeries.Eurolanche.com website - its first goal being to unite all Eurolanche members who had serious interest in attending the games in Sweden. Throughout the following weeks, we will add more original and exclusive content.
