I think it was the third Invasion, when we arrived in Denver after two stops and 24 hours of travelling on lunch time. We just checked in our luggage at the hotel and after that the plan was to visit a junior hockey game in a Denver suburb area, where Joe Sakic was the coach of one junior team. In this team, his sons were playing hockey. That was our primary reason of course, to visit Joe Sakic for the first time. And after all the previous experience in past Invasions, it was so funny to see how easy it was to meet Joe Sakic. After the game, he walked over to the dressing room where we were waiting and he stopped by and gave us 5 minutes to take some pictures and signatures. You will definitely never forget your first meeting with Joe Sakic, even if other one will follow.
