Invasion VII: Interview with Juraj
Eurolanche Fan Club introduces its eight members who will travel to Colorado in the next days as a part of the Eurolanche Invasion VII.Eurolanche Invasion VII starts on December 26. Seven Eurolanche members from Slovakia and one from Austria will be staying in Denver for 17 days. The main schedule includes a visit of seven Colorado Avalanche games and an in-person meeting with the players. Juraj Culak, 28, was born in city of Bojnice in Slovakia and has been a long time Avalanche fan. He became the Eurolanche member this year so he can take a part in the Eurolanche Invasion VII. He will travel to USA and Denver for the first time in his life. He works as a development engineer.
Why did you decide to travel to Colorado?
To fulfill my childhood dream - visit NHL game and my favorite team. As a hiker I am looking forward on the Denver and its nature around.
What are you expectations for the trip?
That we will be a good team; we will visit the town and neighborhood; we will meet the players and new friends.
What are you looking forward on most?
On the games and the atmopshere of the NHL and Denver.
Did you follow the Eurolanche Invasion in the past? If yes, what were your feelings?
I didn't follow it in detail way, but I knew it exists. I have been interested more in this project when I decided to take a part.
How does your preparation for the trip look like?
Nothing special. I am trying to upgrade my English. The detail preparation will star few days prior the trip. Of course some issues have to be solved earlier.
What would you like to say to the fans who are still thinking about their participation in the trip for the future?
Maybe the most of the people believe it is not so cheap trip, but I think the dreams should be fulfilled. The Invasion VII experience will stay inside me forever and it can't be compare to some material thing that I would buy for the money.
