Eurolanche introduces six members who will travel to Denver, Colorado next week.Eurolanche introduces the members of the sixth trip of Avs fans to Denver, Colorado. Eurolanche Invasion VI starts next week, on December 27th. Six Eurolanche members from Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Austria will spend 14 days in Denver. The trip will be 17 days long in case of difficult traveling from Europe. Their schedule includes seven Colorado Avalanche home games, meetings with players, trips, and many other activities.
Rudolf Sery, 26, lives in Poprad, Slovakia and he will travel to Colorado for the second time. He has been a member of the Eurolanche since the start of the project. He has “worked“ for the Eurolanche since 2009 and is responsible for the Eurolanche League. He represents the fan club as Vice-President. He graduated in 2011 from with a degree in economics from the University of Economics. He works at a private education company as a project manager.
When did you decide to travel to Colorado?
After returning from Invasion V, I thought about the next trip. I thought that it would be better to travel to Denver during March, 2014, but other members wanted to start the trip at the end of December 2013 and I finally agreed with them. My decision was very spontaneous and the main reason was my friends. I am looking forward to this trip.
Did you watch previous Invasions? How was your feelings?
Of course I watched every trip. I think it is great event and I always wanted to be a part of this event. Finally, I could participate on Invasion V and I did not expect that I would return to Denver after 9 months. It will be my second Invasion.
What are your expectations?
I know where I am going, so I know what to expect. It is cliché, but every Invasion is better than the previous one. I hope we can say that again at the end of this trip too. I am looking forward to new Avalanche players and team members, and to my friends there.

Are you worried that you will have the same experiences?
I don´t think so. We know from past experience that every trip will bring new experiences and dynamics. I am looking forward to trips during our free days, especially to Aspen.
What are you most looking forward to?
As I said earlier, I am looking forward to friends, new Avalanche members, and trips during free days.
How are your preparations for the trip looking?
I have been ready since October. I have ESTA, travel insurance, and I have changed my money. I only need to pack my bags.
What would you like to say to fans, who will follow Invasion VI on the internet and for fans who are thinking about their participation in future trips?
Now is the right time to start "working" for Eurolanche and saving money for the trip. I absolutely recommend to travel when they get this kind of opportunity. It will be experience of a lifetime, and I hope our articles and diaries from Invasion VI will be enjoyable to them.
