Invasion VI: Interview with Ondrej
Eurolanche introduces six members who will travel to Denver, Colorado next week.Eurolanche introduces the members of the sixth trip of Avs fans to Denver, Colorado. Eurolanche Invasion VI starts next week, on December 27th. Six Eurolanche members from Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Austria will spend 14 days in Denver. The trip will be 17 days long in case of difficult traveling from Europe. Their schedule includes seven Colorado Avalanche home games, meetings with players, trips, and many other activities.
Ondrej Kolinsky, 23, is from the village Lhota in district Prague-East and travels to Colorado for the first time. His first contact with the NHL was through the pc game NHL 95 and hockey cards. He immediately became a fan of the Quebec Nordiques and a fan of the Colorado Avalanche after Quebec's moving to Denver. Ondrej is a member of Eurolanche since the beginning. After completing his studies at VSE college, he started work in U&WE Advertising, and now works as an account director.
Why did you decide to travel to Colorado?
It is my long-time dream to visit the home of the Colorado Avalanche, and now the conditions are right.
Did you watch previous Invasions? What were your feelings?
I followed the Eurolanche Invasions carefully and hoped that I could join one day.

What are your expectations?
To see the best hockey with my own eyes and have experiences in a new country.
What are you most looking forward to?
I am looking forward to meeting Avs players face-to-face and to the national anthem before the first game. Then I can believe that it is real and I will see the Avalanche with my own eyes.
How are your preparations for the trip looking?
Preparations are limited yet because I am busy in the preceding weeks. So, I will make last-minute preparations.
What would you like to say to fans who will follow Invasion VI on the internet and to fans who are thinking about their participation in future trips?
You will know when the time is right. We should say YES in our lives.
